: Help, status, security and what you have used
- A guide for people, from signing up to a first finished video, and a help button on every page that opens it where you are.
- A status page says whether each part of the studio is working now, and lists past incidents.
- A security page says how your files, sign-in sessions and keys are protected, how long files are kept, and who processes your content.
- Your account’s Settings show what you have used of each daily limit, and when the next one frees up.
: Storyboards of your site you can trust
- A storyboard of a site names the buttons and links exactly as the page shows them, and runs to the end of the walk you recorded.
- When your site ends a sign-in during a recording, the recording stops and asks for a new sign-in, instead of filming the login page.
- An upload step that never reached the page now fails and says so.
- File links the assistant gives you open the file.
: Realistic storyboards and films
- The realistic style draws a pencil board first, then makes each panel into a photograph.
- A film shoots one clip per panel of a realistic board, and cuts them together in the board’s order.
: Videos from any material
- One video made of pictures, clips, recordings and earlier videos, with transitions and music.
- Upload several files at once, each with its own description.
- Pages no longer download every video on them before you press play.
- Draft a script from a transcript.
: Sudio, shared workspaces and progress you can read
- Synion is now Sudio, at sudio.io. synion.io sends you here.
- Shared workspaces: invite people by email, work on the same projects together, see who else is on the page and who did what.
- Everything the studio is doing shows a progress bar with an honest estimate and its steps.
- The guided start asks which project first, and remembers your default.
: Edit your brand kit
- The project page edits the logo, the accent colour, the tagline and the contact lines your videos carry.
: Captions and tidier pages
- A transcript is also a subtitle file (.srt), and a published video carries it.
- Tags, names and a production’s variants show on the project and production pages; voice previews are listed with a badge.
: Tablet recordings and more logo formats
- Recordings and rehearsals can use a tablet’s screen size.
- A logo can be an .ico, .svg, .webp or .gif, not only PNG or JPEG.
: Storyboards
- Design a storyboard for a production, change any panel, and share it by link.
- The cast is drawn once and kept the same in every panel; a change redraws only the panels that changed.
- The assistant knows which page you have open.
